2. Passport

Gone are the days when applying for a passport meant either through an agent or repeated disappointing visits to the passport office. The Indian government has simplified the process via its Passport Seva online initiative. The PassportIndia website now allows users to apply for passport, schedule an appointment and also make online payment. It offers two options – e-form submission (recommended by the government) and Online form submission.  No matter which one of these options you choose, one has to register with the Passport Seva portal with a unique ID and password. Also , online payment for these services has been made mandatory, which can be done using debit/credit cards or Internet banking.

In e-form submission, users have to download an e-form, then fill and validate it. They will have to then
upload the XML file on Passport Seva portal to schedule an appointment (subject to availability). After scheduling an appointment, users will be given a number/receipt. They will have to carry this printout to the nearest Passport Seva kendra during the appointment. In Online Form submission, once you log into the Passport Seva portal, fill in the details and schedule an appointment. You will get a similar receipt / appointment number that you have to carry along with you to the Passport kendra. On visiting the Kendra and submitting all the documents, you can track the progress of the passport you’ve applied for on the site. Apart from fresh/re-issuing of passports, the site also offers services such as applying for police clearance certificate and tracking status of the applications.

3. Income Tax

Another aspect that is quite tedious to deal with is income tax-related declarations, filing for returns and so
on. Moreover, it is important to do all this within a stipulated time period. The Income Tax Department has made it simpler by allowing users to pay taxes, file returns, view tax credit and more online. While now is the time to file returns,  users can easily do so via Incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in . On the right side of the site, one will find all relevant returns forms (ITR 1 to 7). Users just need to Download the ones depending on their source income and Submit it.

Apart from this, the site also lets you calculate tax and apply for a pan card online.

2. Right click on this newly created folder and select Rename .

3. Delete the text showing "New Folder".

4. Now Press and Hold the Alt (i.e alter key) .

5. While holding the Alt key , type 0160 from the Numpad. 

[ Note - Please enable your Num Lock and type type 0160 from the highlighted number keys not from those below function keys. ]

6. After that leave alt key and Press Enter.

7. Done !!! 

8. Now right click on this Nameless Folder

9. Click on Properties

12. Now select a blank icon for this folder

15. Done . You have created a Folder without Name and Icon

The phone is available for purchase on Nokia India's official online store in Black, White , Cyan, Yellow and Red colourvariants. Nokia had earlier started taking pre-orders on its website

The Nokia Asha 501 was unveiled in May as the first device to run the new Asha platform, which Nokia has designed from the ground up to help make the user experience faster and more responsive.

Nokia Asha 501 comes with a 3.0-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 240x320 pixels resolution, a single 'back' button and weighs a mere 98 grams. The one that has been currently listed on the India store is the dual-SIM variant that comes with Nokia's easy swap feature. 

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but no 3G or GPS . The phone comes with 64MB internal storage, that is expandable by another 32GB. 

Nokia is bundling a 4GB microSD card free with the phone. Asha 501 claims to offer a talk time of 17 hours and a standby time of 26 days on a single charge.

The Nokia Asha 501 comes with over 50 pre-installed apps including Facebook and Twitter; chat services like Line, Nimbuzz and WeChat and other apps such as Cricbuzz, Newshunt, GetMeRated, CricInfo, CNN, Comics Head and Twist Music. The phone will also come with 40 free EA games that can be downloaded byconsumers.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY

Have you ever tried to leave Facebook and found out they only allow you to "deactivate" your account? All your personal data, including photos, interests, friends etc will still be saved !

If you deactivate your account, your timeline disappears from the Facebook service immediately. People on Facebook won't be able to search for you, though some info, like messages you sent, maystill be visible to others. We also save your timeline information (ex: friends, photos,interests, etc.) in case you want to come back.

So , Today I am going to share a very simple method to delete your facebook account Permanently .

If you think you'll not use Facebook again , then you can request to have your account permanently deleted. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your account.

JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS -

1. Click here

2. Click on Delete My Account

3. Enter your password

4. And Enter the text in the box

5. Click on Okay
6. If a popup opens , then again click on okay

(Note - Do not Log in into your account for 15 days)

After this Your account will be deactivated for two weeks (15 days), and if you DO NOT USE FACEBOOK IN ANY WAY during that period, your account is permanently deleted.

I REPEAT: Your profile isn't deleted right away! You must NOT log in to, or interact in any other way with Facebook for at least two weeks(15 days), as it will cancel the deletion request. That includes NOT logging in to Facebook using any client (like the iPhone app or IM:s like Pidgin), NOT clicking embedded Like-buttons on other websites, NOT logging in to other services using Facebook Connect (like Digg) etc etc AND delete all your browsing history and cookies as well, to minimize the risk of accidentally using your account!

This  is the official method to delete your facebook account and there is no need to delete individual
photos, comments, messages or items from your profile or anywhere else on Facebook!

The Internet services available via Airtel includes:

Gmail : Users have unlimited access to Gmail from their mobile browser.  If users click on a link or attachment within the email they are directed to a page where they can purchase a data package.

Google + : Users can share online photos and messages with circles of family, selected friends or the public; follow updates on the things they are passionate about - from cricket to photography, music to news; and follow people they’re interested in.

Google Search : Users can search the entire Internet and access the first page of websites from the results for free. If they click further into a website after that, they are directed to a page where they can purchase a data package.

While Airtel subscribers will not get any data charges to access these services on Free Zone powered by Google, access to more advanced services such as attachment download or browse through to web sites from the ones accessed in the Free Zone would be enabled through the subscription to a standard data package.
